CXP Ghana at the Presidency
On Tuesday, 26th November, a delegation from the Council and Executive of the Customer Experience Professionals Ghana Association (CXP Ghana), together with our dedicated Media Ambassador, Mr. George Sappor, paid a courtesy visit to the Chief of Staff at the Presidency.
The delegation was led by Mrs. Margaret Takyi-Micah, Patron and Chair of the Council, and included our President, Mrs. Esther Dokuwaa Ofosuhene; Council Member, Mr. Paa Kwesi Barnes; and Partnerships Executive, Mr. Adinor Puplampu.
The purpose of the visit was to convey our profound appreciation to the Chief of Staff, the Hon. Julius Debrah, for graciously accepting our invitation to chair the maiden edition of the CXX Awards Ceremony. We were especially honoured by his representation through the Hon. Emmanuel Kwadwo Agyekum, Member of Parliament for Nkoranza South and Minister for Presidential Special Initiatives, who joined to receive us warmly at the Presidency.

Beyond our expression of gratitude, the meeting provided an opportunity to have brief but meaningful discussions on CXP Ghana’s commitment to supporting the President’s Black Star Experience initiative. This aligns strongly with our mission to advance service excellence and deepen citizen engagement across the country.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Chief of Staff for his time, openness, and continued support. CXP Ghana remains dedicated to fostering strategic partnerships and championing citizen-centric governance as part of our contribution to national development.
