Registration Criteria

• A non-certified member of  Customer Experience Professionals Association or a non-certified Customer Experience professional with a degree or diploma in business or management-related subjects with a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a recognised area of Customer Experience.

• Experience and continues to hold an appointment equivalent to a Customer Experience Officer/ Manager/ Director / Practitioner

• Certificate of participation in CXP Ghana masterclasses

• A non-degree in business or management-related subjects with a minimum of 5 years experience in a recognized area of marketing, public relations, human resource, etc., practice or education and continues to hold an appointment equivalent to a CX Officer/ Manager.
