Registration Criteria
A person with the following standing:

  • Should be a tertiary student from any of the institutions who are interested in CX. 
  • Should be a graduate in transition 
  • Should have less than 2 years of working experience in any related field.

  • A non-certified CXPA Member or a non-certified CX professional with a degree or diploma in business or management-related subjects with a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a recognized area of Customer Experience and continues to hold an appointment equivalent to a CX Officer/ Manager/ Director / Practitioner
  • Certificate of participation in CXP Ghana masterclasses
  • A non-degree in business or management-related subjects with a minimum of 5 years experience in a recognized area of marketing, public relations, human resource, etc., practice or education and continues to hold an appointment equivalent to a CX Officer/ Manager.
