Nominations Extended: Ghana Customer Experience Excellence Awards 2025

CXP Ghana is pleased to announce that, due to popular demand, the deadline for nominations for the Ghana Customer Experience Excellence Awards 2025 has been extended to Friday, 12th September 2025.

This extension gives more individuals and companies the chance to participate in this landmark recognition program, while also allowing nominees additional time to compile the information needed to strengthen their entries.

Nominations are absolutely free and open to all individuals who are advancing customer experience in Ghana.

Award Categories

  • CX Practitioner of the Year
    Recognising professionals delivering outstanding results within their sector. Categories include Banking, Telecommunications, Insurance, Health, Hospitality, and Public Sector.
  • Contact Centre Leader of the Year
    Honouring leaders who inspire teams, improve service quality, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • CX Rising Star of the Year
    Celebrating emerging professionals making a strong impact early in their CX careers.
  • Lifetime Achievement Award
    Celebrating individuals with 15+ years of contribution to advancing customer experience in Ghana.

  1. Choose a category that best fits the nominee.
  2. Review the criteria to confirm eligibility.
  3. Gather evidence of impact such as results, testimonials, or case studies.
  4. Submit the nomination form at cxpghana.com/awards.
  5. Submit by Friday, 12th September 2025 at 11:59 pm GMT.
