The CXPA recognizes there are several core competencies essential to the discipline of customer experience. Customer Experience Professionals are expected to utilize all of these areas in their profession and will find that they are critical for finding success within their organization. CXP Ghana has specially design this five (5) week Boot Camp to prepare you on your journey to become a Certified Customer Experience Professional and to improve on your skill as a CX Professional.
The modules are based on the approved CXPA competencies:

  • Customer Experience Strategy
  • Culture and Accountability
  • Metrics, Measurements, and ROI
  • Design, Implementation, and Innovation
  • Customer Insights and Understanding
