1. What is the Ghana CXX Awards?
The Ghana Customer Experience Excellence (CXX) Awards is the country’s first cross-industry awards platform dedicated to celebrating excellence in Customer Experience (CX). It recognises individuals and organisations making a significant impact in customer service, innovation, and experience delivery.
2. Who is organising the awards?
The awards platform is being organised by Customer Experience Professionals Ghana (CXP Ghana) in collaboration with KPMG Ghana, the official Knowledge Partner.
3. Why are the awards important?
The CXX Awards aim to:
- Recognise outstanding contributions to CX in Ghana
- Inspire a culture of customer-centricity
- Highlight innovation in service delivery across sectors
- Encourage brands to prioritise empathy, responsiveness, and consistency
4. Who can be nominated?
Any individual or organisation operating in Ghana that has made a significant contribution to enhancing customer experience is eligible. This includes professionals and teams across public and private sectors.
5. What are the award categories?
- Lifetime Achievement Award – Honouring a visionary whose long-term work has advanced the profession
- CX Rising Star of the Year – Recognising promising early-career professionals shaping the future of CX
- Contact Center Leader of the Year – For leadership and impact at the customer-facing frontline
- CX Practitioner of the Year – Sector-specific awards in Banking, Telecoms, Insurance, Public Sector, Health, and Hospitality
6. How do I nominate someone?
Visit www.cxpghana.com/awards to nominate someone. You can nominate yourself, a peer, or an organisation. Supporting evidence is required.
7. When do nominations open and close?
- Open: Friday, 8th August 2025
- Close: Friday, 5th September 2025
8. What do I need to submit for a nomination?
Your nomination should include:
- Case studies or real-life examples of CX impact
- Data points (e.g., customer satisfaction, NPS, retention)
- Testimonials from customers, partners, or colleagues
9. Who selects the winners?
An independent panel of experienced CX professionals and board-nominated evaluators will assess all entries using a transparent scoring system. KPMG Ghana provides quality assurance over the process to ensure fairness and credibility.
10. What are the judging criteria?
Entries will be judged based on:
- Innovation and creativity in CX delivery
- Measurable impact and results
- Consistency in service excellence
- Customer-centric leadership and strategy
- For individuals: influence, growth potential, and peer recognition
11. When will the winners be announced?
Award winners will be announced at the Annual CXP Ghana Conference, taking place at the Labadi Beach Hotel on Friday, 10th October 2025.
