With over 11years working in the Banking sector, Yvonne has gained extensive expertise in Banking Operations, Customer Service and Experience.

In partnership with key stakeholders, she managed and sustained the Customer Experience of Access Bank for over 5 years. Under her leadership, the Bank was adjudged best Bank in Customer Service (Ghana Customer Satisfaction Index) for two (2) consecutive years - 2019 & 2020. Her dedication to Customer Service culminated into her bagging some awards, including Brand Ambassador in 2020.

Yvonne is currently the Customer Experience (CX) Country Head for UBA Ghana Ltd. where she's working with key stakeholders to set up, drive and manage Customer Experience across the Bank.

She is a Professional Member of the West Africa Association of Customer Service Professionals (WAACSP) and an Executive Member of CXP Ghana Association.
