Amanda Akushie is a passionate and innovative customer experience and digital marketing expert with over 10 years of experience in key account management, business development, customer service and experience and project management with clients from varied organizations.

Her mission is to support business owners to grow and retain their customer base with strategies to delight their customers, build brand loyalty and improve the profitability of the business. Amanda Akushie is the lead consultant and founder at Nilee Consult, a customer experience and digital marketing consultancy firm.

Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Ghana, Legon. She holds a professional diploma in digital marketing from IPMC. She is a certified professional trainer and a certified Customer Service Expert with International Association for People and Performance Development (IAPPD), an international awarding body in the UK. She is also a professional member of the West Africa Association of Customer Service Professionals and a member of the Women in CX, UK. She has a certification in Films and Television Technique due to her love for photography and certification in other digital marketing courses.
