- A non-certified CXPA Member or a non-certified CX professional with a degree or diploma in business or management-related subjects with a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a recognized area of Customer Experience and continues to hold an appointment equivalent to a CX Officer/ Manager/ Director / Practitioner
