CX Rising Star of the Year

Award Description:

Recognizes a young professional under 3 years in CX, making significant strides in CX innovation and service delivery.

  • Both self-nominations and peer/organization-led nominations are welcome (self-nomination and nomination of others carry equal weight)
  • Submissions must be supported by relevant evidence of impact and performance:
    • One Letter of Support or Endorsement
    • Organisational Awards, if any
    • Media or Photo Evidence

Nomination Criteria

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer experience-related role (CX design, research, service, digital, insights, etc.)
  • Currently working in a CX role or function
  • Has led or contributed meaningfully to at least one CX project, transformation, or improvement initiative.
  • Demonstrates high potential for future leadership in CX
