Looking Back: Annual CXP Ghana Conference '24

Event Highlights

Registration and Welcome Coffee The day began with a warm welcome and a refreshing cup of coffee, sponsored by Labadi Beach. Participants had the chance to network and set the tone for the day ahead.

Opening Remarks and Welcome address by George Sappor, our gracious host, kicked off the event with a prayer and opening remarks, followed by a welcome address from Margaret Takyi-Micah, the Chair of the CXP Ghana Council. Esther Dokuwaa Ofosuhene, President of CXP Ghana, set a bold vision for the future of citizen experience in Ghana.

Special Guest Speakers and Case Studies

Although Hon. John Boadu, Acting Director General of SIGA, was not present, his representative shared insights on optimizing public sector service delivery. Patience Amoabeng, Head of Service Excellence at DVLA, provided a deep dive into the success story of DVLA’s customer experience revolution.

A panel discussion on leveraging data for personalized citizen services, moderated by Amanda Akushie, Customer Experience Management Consultant at Nilee Consult, featuring Dr. Stephen Hammond from GCB Bank Plc,  Surv. Benjamin Armah Quaye PhD from Lands Commission Ghana, and Pearl Gyekye from the Data Protection Commission.

Kwesi Essel, Business Development Manager at Supertech, highlighted the power of technology in citizen experience.

Keynote Presentations

Gideon Asare, MD of Adansi Travels, delivered a compelling talk on enhancing citizen experience with AI.

Archie Hesse, CEO of GHIPSS, presented a case study on the impact of digital innovations on citizen experience.

Panel Discussions and Closing Session

A panel discussion on monitoring and measuring for enhanced accountability in citizen experience, moderated by Amanda Akushie, Customer Experience Management Consultant at Nilee Consult with contributions from Kwame Sarpong Barnieh of KPMG Ghana, Dr. Abeeku Enstua-Mensah of PwC Ghana, and Cheryl Otoo of Deloitte Ghana.

The closing session featured actionable takeaways and a Q&A segment, ensuring participants left with practical insights and gifts from our partners.  The conference concluded with a networking lunch, sponsored by Labadi Beach Hotel, providing a perfect opportunity for participants to network and reflect on the day’s learnings.
